Predstavitve s konference o kakovosti podatkov januar 2020

Tretja delavnica o kakovosti prostorskih podatkov je bila organizirana s strani institucij EuroGeographics in EuroSDR, ob sodelovanju OGC, ISO in ICA, potekala je kraju Valetta na Malti že v prvem mesecu tega leta.

Nove tehnologije, nove možnosti, vse bolj zahtevni in usposobljeni uporabniki prinašajo pred ustvarjalce prostorskih podatkov nove in nove izzive. Pričakuje se, da bodo podatki pravilni, zanesljivi in seveda ustrezne kakovosti, tako da bodo primerni za kar najširšo uporabo. Prav tako se od ponudnikov podatkov zahteva, da ustrezno definirajo oziroma potencialnim uporabnikom poročajo, koliko so njihovi podatki vredni zaupanja, kakšna je njihova kakovost, poreklo, ustreznost, zanesljivost ter ne nazadnje tudi vsebina. Izkušnje s tega področja so bile predstavljene na dvodnevno konferenci.

Predstavitve so bile šele v sredini decembra 2020 objavljene na spletni strani združenja EUROSDR, povezave do njih pa so na voljo tudi v nadaljevanju.
